Selena was annoying and Ethan, show more emotion! Your wife was kidnapped and you are driving like a maniac! It bugged me that he seemed too calm through the whole movie. Seriously, it should have been more like his whole family getting kidnapped and he was forced to plow the mustang through crowds to save more than just one person. Seemed too far fetched and Ethan was way too obedient. If you like car chase scenes and endless driving this movie is for you. I almost fell asleep.

This is not Fast & Furious-thank goodness. Don't be mad, I'm a Fast & Furious fan. I just get annoyed with all the side stories & such because its easy to forget the main objective or get lost. This movie got rid of all that. You are in the car with Brent & the kid the entire time trying to figure out what the voices goal is. Ethan Hawke did a good job but, the bigger question is Selena Gomez. I've been a fan, I'll admit it. And, as a fan, I've been wanting to see her do other stuff. Now, she didn't drive or kick butt or anything like that. But, she did play a fresh mouthed, computer smart character very well (she will make you laugh). She does curse so, parents, get ready. The other thing to address is the camera work. Personally, I liked it. It made the car chase (which is the majority of the movie) more fun & real-ish. Overall, I will not say this is the movie to see or not to see. If you want to see it, see it. See it in the theaters, or rent it which ever will make you happy.

This movie just kept you on the edge of your seat every second, wondering what was going to happen next! I will definitely be buying a copy when it comes out on DVD/Blue Ray!

A total wast of time ..2 hours (seemed like 3) of ridiculous, totally unrealistic car chases, based around the stupidest plot you can imagine. Should change the title from Getaway to Stay Away.

if you do then this is a must see. tons of real action, no cgi crap. loved the car chases and explosions, definitely right up my alley!
