If you're interesting in seeing a lot of Sandra Bullock and some George Clooney...this movie is for you, as long as story doesn't matter and you can completely suspend disbelief. George Clooney delivers. But if your initial thought was 'can I buy Sandy as an astronaut, or even a scientist that would be sent into space on a special mission' trust your gut, I wish I had. Yes, the effects are cool, but then save yourself the $25 for tickets/snacks and go to a local Science Center at your museum. I won't give details that could spoil the end, but for those of us that paid attention in elementary school, prepare yourself....my head hurts from rolling my eyes.

Long interspersed with boring parts. Some downright silly. Keep your helmet on! Even though it ended with a "happy" ending, it was pretty much a downer.

The story line, well it is spce, and there arent any aliens, so you figure it out... but the imagery was great.. really enjoyed it (even if my BF fell asleep). Seeing it with a group of enthusiastic midnight owls was the way to go.....

The movie was good, not great but good. Sandra Bullock was fantastic, as usual. However, there really was no story line & the ending was terrible. They saved a lot of money due to the fact that there really was no cast, maybe thinking Clooney & Bullock would be enough. FYI, they weren't. Sorry I rushed to see it.

WOW! What an intense movie! This movie really comes to life in 3D. Gravity is 110% worth seeing on an IMAX 3D screen! Gravity has a tiny cast and an incredible story. The edge of your seat goodness that this movie brings is top notch. George Clooney is immensely likeable. Sandra Bullock gives a knock out performance. This is the first space movie I've ever seen that adheres to the reality that there is no sound in space! Gravity juxtaposes pure silence with an incredible score and the realistic sound vibrations from direct contact with objects as heard inside the astronauts' helmets. Other than the proximity of certain man made objects, Gravity tries to maintain a high level of credibility. While the situation is far fetched, the execution is amazing! Gravity totally lived up to the hype. There's nothing during or after the credits. If you like my reviews, add me as a fan. I'll add you back!
