When certain memorable scenes keep replaying in your head, you know it was good...sure I missed lots of details, so look forward to seeing again. Rooney Mara's character (the Girl) makes the movie a must watch. Some of the violence might be a little too strong for some (adults only)...but the overall experience was worth the ride...enjoy!

The movie is very good; it's dark and violent, but very well-done. Daniel Craig and Rooney Mara are both excellent, and the rest of the cast is very good. The directing is top-notch, though the opening sequence is one of the strangest things I've ever seen in my whole life and had almost nothing to do with the movie itself. My only complaint is that the movie was far too long, and several things could have easily been cut without sacrificing the story or the quality. Were it not for that, I'd be giving this a 5-star rating.

Rooney Mara deserves the accolades; she performed really well. I read the books and really like how the story came to life. Weird how the movie had some moments that were slow but I never felt that in the book. Good job none-the-less. Daniel Craig can do no wrong (imo)!

North Alabama

I've been waiting what seems like two years for this movie. After starting a little slow at first, it built into a great film. Even with all of the hype, I still managed to enjoy every moment. Great mystery plus a little action, and it even has a plot...who knew! The most intense scenes are not for the faint of heart (turn away if you must), but I would recommend for everyone...a must see for the intense gritty murder mystery lovers this holiday.

First time ever to see a movie after reading the book that the movie did not disappoint. It is actually a movie that is better for having read the book. It ends , like the book, leaving the viewer needing more, but hey, that is why you read the next book, right? Very well done, I can't really be critical of anything. If anything had been changed, it would have changed the movie version of the authors published work. Looking forward to more.
