IF YOU ARE A COMIC BOOK FAN. yOU WILL LIKE THIS MOVIE. IF YOU ARE A SILVER SURFER FAN AND KNOW THE STORY,YOU WILL LIKE THIS MOVIE. FOR ANYONE WHO SAYS THAT THIS MOVIE WILL SUCK, THEN YOU MUST NOT HAVE LIKED ANY OF THE MARVEL MOVIES. HOW COULD YOU HAVE LIKED ANY FANTASY TO MOVIES . THE SILVER SURFER IS A CHARACTER FOR THOSE WHO LIKE CHARACTERS WITH SUBSTANCE. THE SPECIAL EFFECTS WILL BE SPECTACULAR. THERE WILL BE A GREAT HUMAN STORY HERE AND AN EDGE OF YOUR SEAT EFFECT. NOW FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO LIKE BAD A....ess, SAY HELLO TO THE SILVER SURFER.TAKE THE X-MEN, SUPERMAN, SPIDERMAN, BATMAN,DAREDEVIL AND ANY OTHER FANTASY CHARACTERS AND TOSS THEM AT THE SILVER SURFER. SUPERMAN WOULD GIVE HIM A FIGHT, BUT THE SILVER SURFER WILL BE THE MOST AWE INSPIRING CHARACTER TO LEAP FROM THE PAGES OF COMICDOM. THE REASON WHY WE ARE ONLY SEEING HIM NOW IS THAT MOVIE SPECIAL EFFECTS HAD TO CATCH UP WITH HIM. DONT GO SEE THIS MOVIE. I THINK WORD OF MOUTH WILL MAKE YOU WANT TO GO.IT WILL BE GREAT.

If this movie can pull off the same exciting story that came out of Fantastic Four comics 48-50, this is going to be an incredible film. There has been a demand for a Silve Surfer movie for a long time, and it appears the technology is now there to present this character in the proper style. Don't give up on this film too soon as I know the first one was so-so.

We went to see this movie on opening day and boy were we blown away. My son says that it's the best movie of the century. The language and innuendos are quite tame. We think it is a must see.

The movie offered deep inside look on the heroes as they cope with super powered everyday life. It also shows unity amongst the 4 to overcome obstacles on a global scale. I highly reccomend anyone who wants to see what trying to live a normal life as an unmasked superhero is truly like...Give it a shot...you may be pleasantly surprised...

Rise of the Silver surfer had a good meaning to it, and had something you could walk out of the theater knowing a lesson that could change your life. You might not see that when you watch a movie, but all people think movies are different. That is why they have fan reviews. If you really want to understand the movie you might as well see it for yourself. Two thumbs up for this movie. Remember... that's just my opinion.
