Not entertaining or informative. Intellectually murky with no coherent plot or diallogue. Only plus is visuall effects. and the Bruegel oroiginal.

As beautiful as a painting, as violent as those times, and done in a way that will stick with me for a long time. I cannot recommend it for everyone...the pace is slow and dream like....the obvious lack of much dialog creates an experience much like stepping into the painting and living alongside the characters. It helps to explain the symbolic images in the painting, but this movie experience is unlike any other and i suspect may not be an enjoyable one for many.
