Very good drama that should have gotten a wide release and a few Oscar nominations too. Shamefully overlooked. Search it out and see it. If you like films you should like this one.

Although we liked Match Point, better, Cassandra's Dream was an excellent evening's entertainment. We would go to anything that Woody Allen was involved in. Woody Allen is such a supremely talented genius, everything he does is truly interesting and worth seeing. Some people miss Woody Allen's comedy period, but we feel it's exciting to experience his new "dark" period of interesting drama. We would recommend this film with a definite GO SEE. The acting in Cassandra's Dream is excellent and so is the directing. The ending is terrific.

Another excellent thriller from Woody Allen, along the lines of Match Point. Deftly played by Ewan McGregor and Colin Farrell - this is a must-see!

A great opportunity to see a group of fine actors sleepwalk their way through an uninspired story. Not exactly worth the cost of admission, but one could easily endure much worse, I suppose.
