Storyline:
Mr. Peabody is a business titan, inventor, scientist, gourmand, two-time Olympic medalist and genius...who also happens to be a dog. Using his most ingenious invention, the WABAC machine, Mr. Peabody and his adopted boy Sherman hurtle back in time to experience world-changing events first-hand and interact with some of the greatest characters of all time. But when Sherman breaks the rules of time travel, our two heroes find themselves in a race to repair history and save the future, while Mr. Peabody may face his biggest challenge yet - being a parent.

A lot of the humor in this was more adult aimed. Not in a bad or inappropriate way, my 6 year old just didn't get some of the allusion and references.

The movie was great fun. My 6 year old daughter and 7 year old son really enjoyed it. There were plenty of fun things for grownups too. The kids had a great time.

I loved watching this with "rocky and bullwinkle". This was great with the animation, and all of the puns from Mr. Peabody. It's a must go from me!!

but it turned out to be a dud. I liked the mix of history, but a majority of the film was just boring. And the kids were little jerks that never really learned anything. They get into mess after mess because they don't listen, and Mr. Peabody never really says anything. Particularly the little girl. She just does what she wants and gets them into huge messes, and then nothing ever happens that sets her straight. The historical characters are funny, and the animation looks great, but I felt very "been there, done that" with many of the action sequences. I was really watch-watching for the last half hour. But a couple of hours of bratty kids creating giant messes and never getting any sort of discipline just isn't my cup of tea. Skip it.

Just fair. 6 year old was upset with the 'meanness of the beginning.
Nothing to compare to a regular Muppet movie or even the super 'Frozen'.
I did not watch the show on TV and was not impressed with the movie.
Wait for Kermit.
Theater was full of kids and way too much talking and running around for the movie to be
making much of an impression on them.
Many phones on also ... don't think the movie was well received at all.
