'21' is a good story and it is told in an enjoyable way. There are always consequences to taking risks, but there are rewards for making the right choices too. The music is great, the cinematography is appealing, the characters well-rounded, and the screenplay full of twists and turns, as any good story should be. Go see it!
I see every movie out
21 was awsome! it was verry fast paced and kept you interested. Especially living in Boston i loved that they shot on location and had Boston landmarks in it. The card playing was realistic and the acting was verry good. And Kevin Spacey was great as usual. B+.

I saw 21 at the Boston Premiere and the New York screening. This film has great characters -- Ben and Micky are rich and go beyond your standard hollywood cut outs. What is at premise a story about some kids who make a lot of money and a great time counting cards, is more about sticking to your values and getting respect. It doesn't hurt that Kate Bosworth is cuter than ever in this flick.

Critics that are slamming this flick are taking themselves way too seriously... maybe they expected a word for word translation of Ben Mezrich's book... obviously the makers took liberty with the story... so what is new about that approach in Hollywood? The critics need to get over themselves and their lame reviews that only represent their interests and not the masses. Film goers that simply want to have fun and escape to the movies for a couple of hours will enjoy this.
