It's one of his very few addictions.Has written two novels, The Hammer Will Fall (1999) and Unreel (2004). Hammer saw publication in South Korea, as well.Did a radio show with legendary horror director Herschell Gordon Lewis , who Ritter idolized when growing up, only to have Lewis verbally trash his movie Killing Spree (1987) live on the air. Lewis was later apologetic when he found out the movie was dedicated to him as 'The True Godfather of Gore.'.Sold his first professional script, Truth or Dare?: A Critical Madness (1986), at age seventeen, directing the movie adaptation of it at age 18.Frequent collaborator with Joel Wynkoop and Reaper M Jones.
