A group of desperate fugitives from an interplanetary tyranny find themselves in control of a massively powerful starship.

Rock Opera version of Phantom Of The Opera with elements of Faust. Record producer Swan steals both the music and the girl (Phoenix) from composer Leach. Disfigured Leach plans revenge on Swan and his rock palace, The Paradise, and becomes The Phantom. Leach signs _contract_ with Swan to complete rock opera based on the life of Faust for Phoenix. Double crossed by Swan who hires _heavy metal_ singer Beef, Leach exacts his vengeance.

A small lakeside resort community is beset by roaches. Big killer roaches that reproduce in dark moist places, and can grow to 10 feet long. The local sheriff may or may not be using them as part of his land-grab scheme. The locals eventually call in an over-the-top bug exterminator to relieve themselves of their problem.

Although the situation is dire, Cooper can't help himself from trying to solve his dating problem while trying to save his life. Will they make it to safety before they are picked off one by one? And what other surprises are in store for our group of unlikely heroes?
