If you don't and if you know someone who doesn't you MUST see this movie, you will come with many answers about the medical, pharmaceutical community, not to mention the goverment stablishments. This movie is very informative. I loved it and strongly recommended it to anyone who is interested in health, happiness and a life with out medicines. We are so missinformed is not funny and NO ONE is willing to instruct us about these things. After this movie I finnaly know why when you are on medicines the doctor wants to take a sample of you blood every 3 months! The body is a wonderfully made machine, we don't know how to take care of it. Others are making money while we think we are going to get better or have a better life. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND SEE THIS MOVIE ASAP.

This movie was put together extremely well with established studies to back up the lifestyle. Great information to change our way of thinking with regards to our overall acute health and nutrition. I was overwhelmed at the conclusion of the film. It's filled with important information throughout its duration. This film gives you a "user friendly" pace to follow each real-life character, each graph, each study and it keeps your attention on the most important issue....your health and the fact that there is an alternative to our daily living. I'm looking forward to seeing this film again just so I can prepare my own personal journey to better nutrition with the hope of a healthier lifestyle. It's been a great personal inspiration and I can only hope I can emulate what occurred with the same results.

What an eye opening experience! I have long known that our medical system is run by the pharmeceutical industry, but I had no idea how much the government was also "controlling our diets" with the food pyramid that suits their best financial interests. I would recommed that every teenager and adult see this movie so that they would be aware of just how much the foods we eat on a daily basis are contributing to our poor overall health as a nation.
