My brother and I loved the film! The acting and cinematography were excellent. Although this movie is great for all ages, I would suspect that those who will get the most out of it will be ten years old and up. As an adult, I could appreciate it from a variety of perspectives. In my opinion this was one of the best movies of the year! Definitely a "must see."

I loved this movie because it was different than most kid's movies out there. It had great a great story, excellent cinematography, and a well rounded cast. There were parts that were very slow paced, especially in the beginning. Also, parts of it had a Tim Burton-esq feel, so if that kind of stuff freaks out your kids, then you may want to use caution. This is definitely one you want to see on the big screen; it won't look as good on your home TV.

For those that go to the movies to see action and only action, this movie is not for you. But for those who like stories that build ever so slowly to build intrigue, then you will like it. Add to that the magical quality of the movie and beautiful cinematography of the clock tower at the train station and the Paris of the early 1900s, it was a feast for the eyes. The acting by everyone, including the young stars was superb. Interesting storyline with just enough comic relief from Sacha Baron Cohen. Very nicely done. Definitely a good family movie.
