This movie did not get good ratings which after seeing I thought was ashame. For adults it was probaly predictable for most, for kids it teaches good lessons in life with clean humor. Good family weekend night out!

Generally if the second movie doesn't have the original cast, it might be a flop..Daddy Day Camp is a terrific example of this assumption. The movie had a lot of crude humor and questionable language. I took my 7yr old and 11 yr old and they thought it was boring. The story just didn't get going. You are left waiting for the funny and it doesn't ever come. I have never reviewed a movie before, but I feel I must give other parent's a heads up. Spend your movie money on anything else. Wait for the video if you must, just be prepared to remind your children not to repeat the words from the movie. Yikes!!

Wonderful movie for the whole family that focuses on relationships, doing what is right and taking responsible risks. I loved it, sodid the kids.

One of the worst movies I've ever seen. Actors dialed in their roles. Direction consisted of "bigger, bigger, louder, louder." No story line. Predictable. Lacking any of the subltle or gentle moments of the first movie. Only went because my kids wanted to go, and they didn't even think it was all that good. My 10 year old said his "eyes almost burned out." Not sure what that means, but doesn't sound good. My favorite parts of the movie were leaving for popcorn refills on several occassions. Only the second movie I didn't stay through the credits for in my whole life. Avoid at all costs. Less a comedy and more a horrible train wreck.

Don't waste your time and money. Worse than the first film, Daddy Day Care, this one has a mean streak, starting with the character of the opposing camp leader. I was bored. Three people actually walked out. Cuba Gooding must need the money; his standards must have dropped; he can do better than this.
