Ava DuVernay did a superb job of keeping you on the edge of your seat. This taut drama was buoyed by strong performances by the entire cast and masterfully lensed by Brad Young. I've got to see it again!

Middle of Nowhere is a heartfelt story of love, commitment and the strength it takes to do something other than what you've already tried. Characters are believable and likable even when you don't want to like them. Make sure you add this one to your must see list.

Middle of Nowhere grabbed me from the beginning, I became totally absorbed in the story. The director did a superb job, her Sundance Award was well deserved. All of the actors were believable and masterful in their roles. I observed that many audience members stopped eating their popcorn and drinking sodas! Now that says something about the power of this film's story.

This movie is truly amazing. Ava Duverney is clearly a dedicated artist with an eye for scene development. Every single scene was crafted perfectly. This movie is truly enjoyable. It is absolutely worth supporting it!
