I loved the movie. A group of ladies and I took my sister to the movie for her birthday and everyone loved it. Some of the ladies and my sister are in their early sixtys and are cautious about going to the movie, but this movie got six thumbs up from each of us.

I loved this movie. There was no cursing and enough humor for a few good laughs. I would like to see more movies like this. Although it was really a chick movie, my husband enjoyed it too. You could take children to see this movie!!

Everyone, please make sure when you buy a ticket for this film that they are giving a ticket for "Meet The Browns." I just came from Mountainside, NJ and although I asked for a ticket to this film, I was given a ticket for Shutter! The employee actually argued with me and advised me it didn't matter because it was on the same side! The fact of the matter is, there are people that do not want to see Tyler Perry succeed. If it shows that you brought a ticket for Shutter, then how is the credit going to Tyler Perry? The movie was very good and I do recommend it as a go.

The movie was a surprise to me because it did not follow the original play script. Usually Tyler Perry would keep mostly to the play but he changed it dramatically. Even thought the movie was great. The way he wrote it was to reach not only to the Christian community but those that were unsaved as well. This is very comedic, romantic, and dramatic. Brown is absolutely hilarious so go and see it and buy it when i comes out.
