Niki was born in Kfar Saba, Israel, was raised in South Brunswick, NJ and now resides in New York, traveling all over the world for her work and passions. Having grown up with her Grandfather, Samuel Rubin "Sam The Popcorn Man" owning movie theaters and theaters in the Tri-State area, Niki joined him in his love for the arts. Some of Niki's main passions in life are Performing, Creating, and Healing, whether it be Acting, Modeling, Singing, Performance Art, Painting, and Teaching Yoga. Having studied these all her life, she managed to make a career doing everything she loves. A two-time award -winning Lead/ Supporting Actress, she has inspired and models for a published comic book character, Lady Action. Performing in many areas of the arts and genres, she leaves her paths open to fun opportunities: (Motion capture for Shaundi in the video game, Saints Row 2, Model and performer for Wii Fit, Singing and writing music (Her original song, So Happy, is debut ing in the film, "The One", in which Niki stars as a vampire queen.) She loves to inspire and help people through all of her arts, and whole-heartedly believes, "When you truly love something, anything is possible!".
Her grandfather Samuel Rubin, also known as Sam The Popcorn Man, was the first person to bring popcorn to movie theaters. As a little girl, Niki would receive 2-3 foot bags of popcorn, with which she'd sell in elementary school.Niki's Hebrew name is Neta Chana.In the 1990's, Niki's father, Martin Rubin (Adepta Sport Technologies), invented The Power Pad (Patented), striking pads that tested how fast and how hard you strike. It was initially created for the Martial Arts and later developed into helping Football teams' defensive lines, i.e., The Eagles. This technology was the first of it's kind.
