In 1998 Simeon Halligan established Not a Number Productions as a vehicle to develop and make fictional filmed drama. The first major project being Triple Exposure, a twenty-five minute film noir piece shot on 16mm, which he wrote and directed. After the festival success of that film, Simeon has continued to write and develop feature length and short film projects. Simeon graduated from the Royal College of Art - film school in 1992. An established set designer, Simeon has designed and art directed numerous shows for Broadcast TV, Commercials and Feature films. Features include 'Sparkle', 'Beyond Friendship' and 'Bob's weekend'. Drama includes 'The Royal' for ITV. His short films include 'Crossing the Line' (Houston Worldfest winner), Sleep my Love(Big Issue film fest winner)and 'Triple exposure' (Houston World fest winner). His films have been selected for numerous international festivals. 'Splintered', a psychological thriller, is Simeon's first feature.
