Rob Zabrecky's career began as a musician while being the singer-songwriter and bassist for the Los Angeles group Possum Dixon. Born and raised in Burbank, California, he formed the group with school friends in 1989 and released three albums on Interscope Records during the 1990s. He later found success as a magician and actor.
