Cara was raised in Chelsea, Michigan - though born in San Diego, California. With a strong arts community in Chelsea, Cara was active in choirs and musical theatre - going on to receive a degree from the University of Michigan in Vocal Performance and Theatre. She moved to NYC not long after and quickly began traveling the US and abroad performing in stage productions such as Phantom (Christine), Little Women (Beth), State Fair (Margie), Damn Yankees and Cinderella (Cinderella). Cara has been seen as Belle in the National Tour of A Christmas Carol and has worked at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA. She has also been a lead vocalist and dancer on-board The Regent Seven Seas and Norwegian cruise lines. A proud member of the Actors Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA, Cara has booked numerous television commercials, radio voice overs and print work. Cara just wrapped on the Feature Film "Dead Quiet" Directed by Roze - playing the role of Sophia costarring Kip Weeks of 'The Strangers'.
