Brina is an actor playing both female and Trans. She began her film career in 1978 as "Brian" filming a student short in Kansas while working as a Yearbook photographer on campus. He was approached to play a part as a "Photographer". Next came some TV background work in Boston, graduating to several Studio films in San Diego and Los Angeles. In 2006, Brina had "Re-Branded" herself and decided to pursue more acting work in the Boston and Regional markets. Her first notable work was as a Featured actor in Happy Madison's film "Grown Ups". Working her way through many speaking roles in Indie films and more jobs as Studio background, she decided to try her hand at writing and directing; producing the hilarious 50's Spoof film "Transsexuals from Space". This film--think "Ed Wood meets Roger Corman--directed by Mel Brooks" carries the political statement that "It's OK to laugh WITH Transsexuals/Diversity--not AT us". Her "Top 10" Favorite films are: "A Hard Day's Night", "Spaceballs", Blazing Saddles", "Contact", "Castaway", "Dances with Wolves", "The Idolmaker", "Monty Python and the Holy Grail", "The Heat" and "Awakenings". Was a college Yearbook Photographer/Pasteup Artist for 3 years in the 1970's and traveled the country extensively. Wears an index-finger ring that she herself designed that bears the initials: GMTYT which stands for "Give more than you take". First television appearances were on the children's shows: "Major Mudd" and "Boomtown". Holds a Second Degree Black Belt in Shotokan Karate. Holds two patents and one patent-pending.
