Born in Kansas City, moved to Virginia at 4 and on to Southern California at 8. Sarah enjoys dancing, has more than 8 years of training in ballet and jazz and performed in several theatrical productions as dancer, including "I Love Dance" at Caesar's Palace and "Les Artists Theatrical". Appeared in numerous print ads before her acting career began as guest in "Saved by the Bell: The New Class" (1993). She became a regular in the following season of the same show.
Attended Newhart Jr. High in Mission Viejo, California with Nicole Nogrady.Has a younger brother, Daniel.Likes water sports, travel and shopping.Filmed a few appearances for the television series, "Manchester Prep" (1999), a spin-off of the hit movie Cruel Intentions (1999). She played "Millicent Davies", rival to Kathryn (Amy Adams). The series was not picked up despite having several episodes filmed, and was later edited to make the movie Cruel Intentions 2 (2000) (V).
