Born in Beaverton, Oregon, USA, on August 10th, 1979, Ted Geoghegan grew up in Great Falls, Montana and then studied English at The University of Montana in Missoula, Montana. He fine-tuned his screen writing ability under the tutelage of Caroll O'Connor and went on to write numerous film screenplays, specializing in horror and science-fiction. He has also appeared in various genre films in both America and abroad. He currently lives in New York City with his wife, Beverly.

Appeared in his first film at age eighteen. Had his first screenplay produced into a major motion picture at age twenty.Authored a graphic novel, "The Isle of Insaw", at age eighteen. It debuted at The 1997 San Diego Comic Con.Studied scriptwriting under the late Carroll O'Connor .One of the first Americans to work extensively in the German underground horror industry, collaborating with Andreas Schnaas , Timo Rose , and Olaf Ittenbach .Appears momentarily during a crowd sequence in International Playboys' First Movie: Ghouls Gone Wild! (2004) (V) and on a computer screen in Fearmakers (2008).
