Just as Cinema Insomnia features timeless late-night films, host Mr. Lobo possesses a timeless quality that has gotten him to the place he is today - hosting bad movies on late night TV. Shrouded in the obsidian mystique of a formless void, Mr. Lobo will continue to lord over Cinema Insomnia proceedings (from the regal heights of the finest rocking chair that 1971 had to offer) until he is caught doing something undeniably illegal. Outside of Cinema Insomnia, you would assume Mr. Lobo is just another man, but no. He is also head creative director and a founding member of the humor/media collective known as FAL (Filmmaker At Large). Feared by women and annoyed by children, America's greatest tea-toddling humorist has also penned the infamous radio show The Last Thanksgiving), stage productions (Radio Is Dead and (The Moe Bettermann Show) comic books (Nuke Nova, FAL Brand Funny Pages), trading cards (Sac Blows) and magazines (Planet X and 62) locally and abroad. Yes, folks - Mr. Lobo is a dork. But did we mention he's an enigmatic dork?
