A remake of "The Man in Half Moon Street" (1945) (qv.). Dr. Bonner plans to live forever through periodic gland transplants from younger, healthier human victims. Bonner looks about 40; he's really 104 years old. But people are starting to get suspicious, and he may not make 200.

Using their wits, Ganpatrao "Babubhai" Apte, Ghanshyam "Shyam", and Raju find themselves wealthy beyond their imagination. They each have a car, a palatial house with a huge swimming pool, that Babubhai is yet to familiarize himself with, and a very easy life. Then Raju finds out that he can double his wealth in 21 days, and meets with an attractive young woman named Anuradha from an agency in Bombay's business district. She informs him that the minimum investment is one Crore, and Raju quickly agrees to invest this money. He dupes another man by the name of Pappu into parting with 50 Lakhs, and the rest of the money comes through by getting Shyam and Babu to sign away their respective investments. After 21 days when the trio go to collect their doubled wealth, they find that Anuradha and her company have disappeared. Devastated, they move out of their bungalow and are now living in a shanty room in a Chawl when they get a visit from Pappu...

Harry Bailey has returned from Vietnam and returns to college to earn his masters degree so he can teach English. Thane Furrows, an extremely cynical but unintentionally hilarious children's book writer, wakes up one morning, and, since pretty much everyone and everything annoys him, begins another day of complaining to himself. However, the day proves to be much different than normal when Thane begins to recieve strange phone calls, letters, and voices in his head, all indicating that something will happen at 8 o'clock. As the day goes on, Thane rants and raves about the things that annoy him, as the clock slowly ticks closer and closer to his destiny

A British Sub goes missing at the end of the war leaving only one crew member surviving. Everyone believes it lost to the bottom of the Baltic Sea, then 40 years later it reappears without a crew. The British government send for the the surviving crew member (David Jason) now a marine biologist. With a new crew and Jason then proceed to trace the last know happenings on the sub. But this submarine has a life of its own and the new crew soon start showing characteristics of the old crew.

London-based owner of 'Gaylord Indian Restaurant' Pinu Patel travels to India along with his cousin, Rajat, Kavita Kaki and Jaisukh Kaka, in order to meet with Payal and get married. The couple seemingly approve of each other, but at the last minute she rejects him. Dejected he returns home and faces rejection once again - this time at the hands of Mili. Quite depressed, he is then compelled to hire two Chandigarh-based employees, Renu and Kamlesh, as Book-keeper and Cook respectively. Kamlesh and he start hanging out together to such an extent that Pinu is compelled to question himself as to if he is a homosexual. Anxious to prove himself, he must now hook up with a woman - and feels Renu to be ideal. His world comes crashing around him when he finds her in Kamlesh's arms - leaving open the question as to what his fate is going to be in the near future.

Inspired by the true story of Greg Yance. In the film, Yance (Epps) is a hood who goes to jail for possession of drugs. He is given a choice: 5 years in jail or a couple of months in boot camp. He chooses boot camp and finds out it is tougher than he thought it would be. He braves it through and comes home a better man. He then has to deal with the real world, and never gives up no matter what the odds.
