Not a massive film but some nice visuals and monster/alien design.

That was my thought at the ending credits... okay so they drew our attention, developed the characters a bit, had some pretty good action sequences, great graphics, built it up to an awesome moment... and the credits played. I was dumbfounded at this point as to which the i only conclusion i could come up with was this was meant to have a sequel. Which i found out was the intent. But this wasn't enough for the first film. i wanted to see more resistance and running and the best thing they did with the movie to me was how they built up the inevitable abduction at the end. It wasn't until the end did we finally get the movie we were looking for. It's a shame it wasn't like that throughout the entire film.

This is one of those times you want to unremember and unsee what you paid for. The plot apparently was lost, or never existed. And it seems the movie ended halfway, as if you have to come back for the sequel to see the second half. Since when do the humans lose and the aliens win? And all that for no apparent reason or moral lesson. The aliens win just because, not for any other reason. And all that with minimal story line other than a brief character introduction, then mayhem without plot or story.
