Jon Cuthbert was born in Ontario, Canada. He began studying acting at a very early age and appeared in his first film, The Perils Of Priscilla at age twelve. He moved to Montreal to study at the prestigious Concordia University Theatre Department. He performed in many plays there over the next three years and graduated in 1984 with a BFA in theatre.Upon graduation Mr. Cuthbert formed a professional theatre company with playwrite Vittorio Rossi. The troupe won countless awards at theatre festivals in Quebec. It was at this time that Mr. Cuthbert began to work professionally in film and televison, appearing in CBC television productions like 'All the years' and in films such as Dead Man Out (1989) (TV) with Danny Glover.In 1990 he moved to Vancouver. He has spent the last ten years there and has also been in Toronto and Los Angeles working on a variety of film and televison productions.
