Good movie, clean and entertaining. Has suspense and an ineresting story line.

I thought this film had it all. It was well cast, well written, good acting, and was fun to watch. Althought there are a few predictable scenes, the film does surprise you and keeps you on the edge of your seats. I think the two main lead actors (Shia LeBeouf and Sarah Roemer) are going to have an amazing career in the years to come.

While this type of movie has been regurgitated many times over the years I have to say that I actually did enjoy Disturbia. Shia LaBeouf did an excellent job of a playing a troubled teen who is confined to his home after hitting his spanish teacher. So, for the summer he's on house arrest and has nothing to do but watch the neighbors after his mom, the lovely Carrie Anne Moss, from the Matrix films, cuts off his xbox and cuts the television plug in half. It all starts getting exciting after a new young girl moves next door and Shia starts spying on her swimming in a neighbors pool. Eventually, it catches up to him and his friend and they are caught in the act. Kale notices his creepy neighbor, played to the hilt, by David Morse, from St. Elsewhere. The cast is tight and this is actually what keeps the movie going forward. The whole thing could have been written off had it not been for the believable cast headed by LaBeouf, Moss, and Morse. Definately catch it if you can.

When I first saw the trailer for the this movie I though "Eh, looks like a typical 'teen' movie" but I really loved Shia LaBeouf so I wanted to see it. But it completely was different from what I thought! The beginning was really shocking and the ending was great! Shia added a twist of comedy to the role and was also great at the 'serious' parts. 10/10 MUST SEE!!!

Overall this is a good TEEN movie. I emphasize teen because if you are an avid movie watcher, you will get distracted by several director issues. Specifically in multiple scenes the boom mike to pick up the actors voices can be clearly seen throughout the ENTIRE movie. At first I thought it was a one time occurrence, but it happens again and again. Anyway despite this, it has a good plot and is quite interesting. It could be summed up in 45 minutes and the ending does have a good surprise factor to it.
