Brilliantly executed. Timely! Left out most of dumb politicians who did nothing. Credit to the courageous SEALS who did the tough work. Shows how a couple of smart people solved the problem of where Bin Laden was hiding. Looks like the US finally did something as smart of the Israeli Mossad Finally a tribute to the CIA--a well needed success for all involved- producer, director,writer!

Jessica Chastain is a new star with a lot of potential along with many of her costars. The story is exciting and concise and very informative in terms of the details about the culture and motives of Muslim radicals. Required viewing not just for film goers but also anyone who wants to understand politically what this is all about.

This movie was great!!!! It was not your hollywood typical story telling this was straight facts and even though we all know a bit of the story from what was reported you still sit in the theater anticipating what is going to happen.....My hats to the director for sticking to the facts...good movie must see

I was excited to see Zero Dark Thirty after loving Hurt Locker. The two are similar, in they deal with the realities of war, yet I found myself lost in many places - the story was hard to follow, despite knowing the ending. Maya, the main character had no friends, family, nor did we see the emotional impact of what she endured for 12 years, except that in some scenes she looked tired. I did think the final scene where they killed Bin Laden was very tense and well done. One felt as if you were there on the ground with them and unsure that they were going to make it out.

Well done cinema from all perspectivesÂ… story, action, acting, cinema photography, sound, realism. Not to be missed. For anyone that?s the slightest bit curious how we found and got one of the chief terrorists of our time (I don?t like mentioning the guys name to give it any respect) it?s a must see. Zero Dark Thirty is an eye opening account of our State Department, the CIA, our special forces (Navy Seals), and to some degree the Whitehouse. I thought it would just be focused on the actual raid but it?s much more than that. It?s how we found him, the internal political fight to get permission to go, and of course the actual high tech and highly professional raid itself.
