Only one visible actor; basically an ad for BMW since the only actor is taking/making phone calls for ENTIRE movie while driving!
No true suspense, very predictable outcomes and I am sad I spent $ and time on this movie.

Locke is one of the best flicks I've seen recently and almost certainly the best film with a single depicted actor I've ever seen. Tom Hardy rules the screen. He ensures this movie - which basically depicts him driving solo for 90 minutes and holding phone conversations with half a dozen or so people - remains riveting from its opening ambiguous moments until its spare, emotional ending.

My husband and I went to see Locke and thought it was really good. We were very happy that we understood the premise of the movie before we went, though. A movie with one character driving in the car for an hour and a half could have been a disaster but the writing and acting are amazing. We were pulled into the chaos if this man's life as he struggles to explain to loved ones and co-workers, via cell phone conversations, about a life-changing decision he has made. The audience knows from the beginning there is no turning back for Ivan Locke.
