There have been many attempts in Hollywood to create a movie based on today's technology, however they were so un-realistic (to me anyways, being in the IT Industry) that they were almost unwatchable. Swordfish, Hacker, etc - however this movie was very realistic and someone obviously did their homework about the way a network actual works which I found interesting! All the tech talk that most people wouldn't understand is really the way things work, and it the way it was filmed just didn't seem "hollywood"... The story is much deeper than the previews show, it does have a lot to do with the world of technology we live in today, but it also goes much deeper into the charector's feelings, media, and a good overall horror movie! After seeing this movie it really made me think about how easy this sort of thing could be done, and actually put a sense of fear in me that there will be copy cats out there, and a strong reminder of the world of terrorism we live in!
