Similar as it is to other popular Romance Comedies like My Best Friends Wedding, this movie was hilarious, heart throbbing, charming, and unique all together. I haven't watched a great romance comedy in a long time, and this movie hit the spot. Patrick Dempsey is an amazing actor (from Enchanted) who brings a lot to his movies and Made of Honor is definitely one of his bests. Also, the scenes of Scotland are beautiful, especially on Big Screen. It's one of those movies, you can't base it off of the Reviews (ironically). You should purchase your own ticket and go see it for yourself. Great movie for couples :)

I really enjoyed this chick flick even though I am a guy! It was funny but a little absurd

i thought this was a good movie but i took my kids and well.... they are both eleven year old girls and wow! this movie was totally innapropriate... .if your planning on seeing make sure your kids and you are comfortable with your kids seeing a movie with foul language and a scene of well... i dont wanna give it away but its not the best movie for kids under 13

So the trailers showed a funny if somewhat predictable movie about guy who falls for his best friend only to realize it a bit too late...sound familair? Going into the theatre I had a somewhat skeptical mindest, convinced that it would be nothing but a regurgiation of old jokes and dialouge but was pleasantly surprised by funny one liner quipps and the hilariously awkward situations Patrick Dempsey's character finds himself. Even though the writing of the dialouge was amusing, the overall plot and characters themselves were as predicitable as I originally believed. Womanizing Boy has Good girl, boy looses girl, girl has reservations about new boy, new boy and old boy fight, attraction between girl and old boy, boy makes last attempt to get girl back, predictable ending. The only saving grace, for me anyways, was listing to Kevin McKidd's lovely Scottish brouge and images of my beloved Scotland. If you are looking for another predictable, amusing rom- com, this is your movie.

This movie was hilarious! It kept me entertained the whole time. It was slightly slow to get through the beginning to the really funny parts, but well worth it. People actually clapped when the movie ended in the theater. Caution parents, lots of sexual references, some bedroom scenes, and some slight nudity. I probably wouldn't let anyone under 15 see it. I would call it a chick flick, but I do think the guys would like it too. Worth the money and your time- go see it!
