I laughed a majority of the time, it was awesome.

I haven't laughed so much or so hard in ages! You have to see this movie. The undercurrent is strong with innuendos and all you wind up doing is laughing because it's all so unexpected. For a really fun time - catch this movie.

This had great humor and touching sentiment! My husband laughed so hard during one scene that he almost fell out of his seat! If you want to see a movie where you don't need to worry about stupid humor, foul language or whatever else bothers you, then go see this movie. You'll leave the theater in a much better mood than when you came in!

I just saw the advance press screening of this well-crafted 103-minute above-average movie by director/screenwriter David Koepp. The plot/story has a few neat twists that were unexpected - contributed positively to the tight and well-written script - that delicately touched on loyalty/fidelity, self-centeredness/self-absorption, happiness/contentment, death/sadness/grieve,... The acting ensemble delivered with great comic timing - ensuring that the jokes and funny moments were well-received. Strong on-screen chemistry between Ricky Gervais and Tea Leoni lended credibility to their interactions. Ricky Gervais, Greg Kinnear, and Tea Leoni turned in delightful solid performances. I had high expectations for this light-hearted movie and they were met. I wish the movie was longer - as I enjoyed the humor, acting, and story very much. Verdict: The sophisticated humor in GHOST TOWN has a appreciative audience. Good date movie. Strongly recommended. Kids-friendly.
