Storyline:
Lenny Cole, a London mob boss, puts the bite on all local real estate transactions. For substantial fees, he's helping Uri Omovich, a Russian developer. As a sign of good faith, Omovich loans Cole a valuable painting, promptly stolen off Cole's wall. While Cole's men, led by the dependable Archie, look for the canvas, three local petty criminals, the Wild Bunch, steal money from the Russian using inside information from his accountant, the lovely Stella. Meanwhile, a local drug-addled rocker, Johnny Quid, is reported drowned, and his connection to Cole is the key to unraveling the deceits and double crosses of life in the underworld.

This is the best movie in 2008 I seen this movie at the spur of the moment well actually my boyfriend suggested it but I was skeptical at first because I am not a Guy Ritchie fan. I must give Guy Ritchie his props I love this movie and I will pay three more times to watch it again. I cannot wait to own it on DVD. Every actor in the movie held there own wonderfully I love Quid he's a cross between Syd Vicious and Joey Ramone. Take everyone to see this movie.

What an incredible movie! We laughed, we felt the Wild Bunch's pain and felt quite satisfied by the end of this Guy Ritchie film! The soundtrack was great and Gerard Butler plus the rest of cast were perfectly matched for their roles!
Run to see this film!!

I F-ing loved this movie. Ever since I saw the first preview for it, I have been craving to see it and today i finally did; I am not a Guy Ritchie "fan."
From the start RocknRolla keeps you laughing and having a good time and wanting to learn more about the characters. RocknRolla is loaded with great action scenes and some hilarious dark comedy. The story was very well put together. What made the whole movie work the most was how it linked everything together in the end. BEAUTIFUL!!! And RocknRolla-Johnny hilarious crazy character, I loved him.
If you live anywhere near L.A. or New York City you must go now. Everybody else im sorry but you must wait. =(

Yes the plot is very similar to Richie's previous hits but with enough fun twists that make it worth watching. I highly recommend it! Fun from start to finish. Great characters hilarious dialogue and situations. The performances were impeccable.
However, I would avoid watching it with any skeptics. If you're not already a Guy Richie acolyte this probably won't win you over.
