Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Michael has worked locally and nationally in TV, films, commercials, industrials, theater and print. Michael appeared as "Angelo Porrello" in 'The Sugar Wars: The Life Story of Angelo Lonardo,' a documentary about Cleveland Mob Boss Angelo Lonardo and the Cleveland Mafia. He also appeared as the "1986 Gangster" (Freddie Falzone) in 'Chicago Overcoat' with Frank Vincent and Armand Assante. Michael also penned, produced and co-starred in the independent short, 'Mob Hitz,' and starred in and co-produced the psychological thriller, 'A Good Day for a Killing.' Theater credits include 'Conversations with My Father' at the JCC Halle Theatre, 'Tracers' at Karamu House, and 'Les Liaisons Dangereuses' at the Cleveland Play House, which was directed by Robert Berlinger. Additional credits include a leading role in 'Unsolved Mysteries,' and supporting roles in the films 'Connected' and 'Haywire.' He recently had the pleasure of working on the Lionsgate feature film 'Draft Day,' with director Ivan Reitman. The film stars Kevin Costner, Jennifer Garner and Denis Leary. He had a supporting role in the trailer for an upcoming feature film project, 'The Heart of a Poet' with Tony Sirico. He appeared in 'BattleDogs,' directed by Alexander Yellen, with Bill Duke, which had its premiere on the Syfy Network, and played the role of "Biaggio's Dad" in 'The Kings of Summer,' directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts and produced by Tyler Davidson. It garnered rave reviews at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival, and opened the 2013 Cleveland International Film Festival. He played the leading role of "Tony" in 'Love Interrupted,' part of the ambitious 'Made in Cleveland' film project, which premiered in theaters this summer.
