Storyline:
Rod Kimble is a naïf, a slacker living in a small US town with his mom, his younger brother, and his stepfather whose respect he craves. He also misses his dead dad, whom he thinks was Evel Knievel's back-up. Rod, a man-child, believes that he is a stunt man. When his stepfather needs an operation, with help from his brother and his slacker pals, Rod hatches a plan to set a school-bus-jumping record on his moped. First, his crew and he have to raise money to rent the buses and build the ramp. Trouble is, Rod's inept at his chosen career. I don't even know how to classify the humor...It is not slapstick, it is not even funny. It was the most ridiculous movie I have ever seen!

People have a wide range when it comes to humor. Mine is wider than most, I love a good laugh. There are no doubt those who will get a good laugh when the two brothers repeat "cool beans" back and forth for 55 seconds (I timed it). That is the target audience. But if you are like me and like stupid funny but have little interest in just plain stupid, you might want to skip this one.

Frickin AWESOME! If you know the Lonely Island and like humor that never quits- you will LOVE this movie. I knew I loved the dudes from SNL and their website (Andy Samberg does a great job as a pathetic stuntman, and Jorma Taccone is adorably funny and dorky as his brother) . . . but then they added Ian McShane into the mix. He is a hilarious surprise. And Bill Hader and Danny McBride are these bumbling f*ck-offs that I swear I knew in high school. Give this silly movie a chance- it's well worth it. You will not regret it.
